Il modulo di amministrazione di questo sistema č chiamato Administrative HUB che gestisce tutta la parte di analisi con 2 funzionalitą principali:

1) La possibilitą di assegnare i grafici per le stazioni specifiche per la raccolta dei dati di produzione.
2) The HUB also automatically monitors status of these charts through a unique, color-coded status screen refreshed at user-defined intervals. 2) Il modulo HUB inoltre controlla automaticamente lo status di questi grafici attraverso un unica interfaccia che visualizza l'andamento dei dati raccolti. Un HUB č in grado di monitorare centinaia di carte di controllo realizzate sulle stazioni di raccolta dati nel modulo Satellite.

I processi sono rappresentati sullo schermo da blocchi a colori codificati. Questa codifica riflette diverse condizioni di controllo statistico. Questi blocchi colorati sono organizzati in righe che fanno riferimento alla stazione di raccolta "Satellite". Questa codifica consente agli utenti di amministrazione di analizzare con un click su qualsiasi blocco per visualizzare istantaneamente il grafico pił recente visualizzato, istogramma o il riassunto delle statistiche.

a Data Entry Satellite

I moduli Satellite vengono utilizzati dagli operatori di produzione e dal personale di laboratorio per la raccolta di dati e la regolazione del processo. Satellites can be implemented wherever data will be entered. I Satelliti consentono l'immissione dei dati con l'immediata analisi e visualizzazione del dato su diversi grafici di controllo: XRBar, grafici P o istogrammi. Tabular (by-part) formats are also supported.






General Features
  • DataLyzer® Spectrum offers industry-standard operation under Windows® XP/NT/ME/2000/98/95.
  • Built-in multilingual support (English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian, and Portuguese) for international implementation.
  • Real-time data entry and analysis for Variable, Attribute, Histogram/Inspection chart types provide instant feedback and response to process problems.
  • Quickly define characteristics to be charted. Duplicate parts and characteristics to build the database.
  • Define characteristic-specific measuring instructions to be accessed during data entry. This standardizes the measurement process and minimizes minute-to-minute supervisory involvement.
  • Work instructions which already exist can also be attached to each characteristic. Numerous file types are supported including: doc, jpg, gif, mpeg, avi, txt, xls, and many more.
  • Configure DataLyzer® to send E-mail alerts to engineers or management as soon data is collected out of control or exceeding specifications.
  • HTML report formatting allow posting reports to the web intranet.
  • Assign numerous parameters per part to collect traceability information for each subgroup. Examples include Lot#, Shift, OperatorID, etc. Parameters allow filtering specific conditions during analysis.
  • Document process problems using predefined 60-character cause or corrective action notes. A Pareto chart of these notes can be printed.
  • DataLyzer® Spectrum-SPC will automatically calculate control limits or they can be set manually by the user. Real-time statistical indicators show more than twenty alarm conditions in red, green, yellow and other color flags.
  • Store unlimited sets of stepped control limits to track intermittent process shifts. The user simply stops and restarts control limits by accessing a screen button labeled "CL Set" with a mouse or hot key.
  • User-selectable process shift and stratification analyses, including Western Electric run and trend rules, allow immediate detection of process shifts and nonrandom conditions within control limits.
  • Math functions can be used to manipulate current readings, constants, process parameters and other characteristics. This eliminates the need for recalculations during input. Entire subgroups may be derived automatically from functional combinations of other characteristics in a sequence.
  • Point and click facilities on control chart for “Exclude" and delete points, subgroup edit, control limit set a note entry.
  • Built-in user definable drivers connect to all RS-232-compatible gages and interfaces.


Reports
  • Single page, 8.5" x 11" or A4 report formats contain header, graphs, and data for convenient analysis, faxing, and filing.
  • All data entered via real-time control charts is instantly available for Capability Study/Histogram reports.
  • Customize reports with your company name in the masthead. Report titles can also be user-defined.
  • Analyze any set of subgroups using the "Search Data" screen button and parameter filters.
  • Twenty different report formats have been developed and additional reports are being added regularly.
  • Reports include all industry standard statistics like Cpk, Ppk and Ppm.
  • Batch report facility allows reoccurring sets of reports to be printed instantly.

  • Calculations included in the reports: Cpk, CpIndex, CpRatio calculations are done instantly.

  • Capability analysis includes normal and many non normal distributions. Users can select test for normality and goodness of fit.
  • Statistics include: Sample size, mean, sigma, skewness, kurtosis, three, four, five, and six sigma limits, "Best-fit" frequency distribution analysis (Normal, Gamma, Beta, 2nd Approximation of Normal), Process Performance values (Ppk, PpRatio, PpIndex), Process Capability values (Cpk, CpRatio, CpIndex), percent below lower specification, percent above upper specification, upper and lower Z values, PPM.
